Privacy Policy

Instayar is a smart Instagram automation service. This document explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why we need it, and how we keep it safe. Our goal is full transparency, not legalese.

01

Introduction and scope

This policy explains what data we process when you use the Instayar website, dashboard and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree that your data is processed as described here.

“Personal data” means any information that can identify you — such as your mobile number, your Instagram handle, and your activity history in the dashboard. Where this document says “we”, it refers to the Instayar team as the data controller.

02

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the service:

  • The mobile number you enter at sign-up, which we need for secure login.
  • Instagram account details you connect through the official Meta login — username, account id, and the permissions you approve.
  • The automation content you build, such as reply text, menus and message templates.
  • Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and login event logs — strictly for security and reliability.
03

SMS and notifications

When you register and create an Instayar account, we send you an SMS containing a one-time code to verify your mobile number and complete sign-in. This SMS is sent from the sender number 9981803647.

Beyond the login code, essential account messages — such as subscription status, security alerts and important account events — may be sent from the same sender. We never sell or hand your mobile number to third parties for marketing.

Your sign-in code: 82491 — do not share this code with anyone.

Instayar will never ask for your password or sign-in code by call or message.

04

How we use your data

We use the data we collect only to:

  • Authenticate you and sign you in securely.
  • Run the automations you set up on your own Instagram account.
  • Manage subscriptions, billing and support.
  • Improve service quality, reliability and security using aggregated, anonymous statistics.
05

Connecting Instagram and Meta

Your Instagram account is connected through the official, Meta-approved login. Instayar never sees or stores your Instagram password; access is granted through a secure Meta token and only within the scope you approve.

Our use of information received from Meta platforms follows the Meta Platform Terms and related policies. You can disconnect your account from the dashboard at any time to revoke this access.

06

Sharing data with others

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only where necessary, and to the minimum extent, with service providers: a payment gateway for transactions, an SMS provider to deliver sign-in codes, and hosting infrastructure to run the service.

These providers only access the data needed to do their job and are obliged to protect it. Where legally required, data may be disclosed to competent authorities within the bounds of the law.

07

Data retention and security

Data moving between your browser and our servers is protected by an encrypted protocol (HTTPS). Access to data is limited, logged and based on need.

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely risk-free. We recommend never sharing your sign-in code and keeping your devices secure.

08

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

You can request deletion of your data at any time using the “Remove data” page in the dashboard or the contact options at the bottom of this page.

09

Your rights over your data

You have the right to access your data, correct it, disconnect your Instagram account, and request full deletion. You can also opt out of non-essential messages; however, essential security and sign-in messages will still be sent.

10

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, detect your language and make the dashboard work correctly. These cookies are required for the service to function. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the service may then stop working.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this document in the future. For significant changes, we will notify you through the dashboard or a message. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
