Store Builder & Booking Terms

By building a store or turning on appointment booking on Instayar, you accept these terms. Our goal is a safe space for sellers and customers, so please take a few minutes to read this page first.

Products that break the country’s laws will be removed

Instayar removes any product, service or content that conflicts with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without prior notice. We act after our own review or on a report from users or legal authorities.

  • A product that conflicts with the law is taken off the store and its public pages.
  • Repeat or serious violations can lead to suspension of the store and account.
  • When legal authorities request it, we provide the information required.
  • Removal for breaking the law doesn’t entitle you to a subscription refund.

1. The service

  • Instayar’s store builder is a cloud service for selling your products in your own online store and in Instagram DMs, and managing orders from your panel.
  • Appointment booking lets you define services and working hours so customers book from a DM or your own link.
  • Instayar only provides the technical tools. The sale or service contract is between the seller and the customer, not Instayar.
  • Features may change or grow as our product roadmap evolves.

2. Your account and responsibility

  • The information you register (name, phone, business details) must be accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for your password and panel access, and for any activity under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
  • You must follow applicable law and the Instagram and Meta rules in everything you do.

3. Ownership of content and data

  • The code, infrastructure, templates and design of the service belong to Instayar.
  • Your product images, text, customer data and sales figures belong to you; we don’t share them with third parties without your permission, except where the law or a court requires it.
  • You confirm you have the right to use the images and text you upload and that they don’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

4. Seller obligations

  • List product details, prices, stock and delivery terms accurately and clearly.
  • Deliver confirmed orders on time and tell the customer about delays or unavailable items.
  • Follow consumer-protection law, including telling customers about warranty and return terms.
  • Responding to customers and resolving complaints is the seller’s job.
  • You are responsible for any business licences your trade requires.

5. Prohibited products and content

Selling or displaying any of the following in a store or booking page is not allowed:

  • Any goods or services whose sale or advertising is prohibited by Iranian law, or that require a licence you don’t hold
  • Narcotics, weapons, explosives and related equipment
  • Unlicensed medicines, supplements and medical devices, and counterfeit or smuggled goods
  • Obscene content or goods, or anything that puts children at risk
  • Gambling, betting, pyramid schemes and deceptive services
  • Other people’s personal or confidential information, and any infringement of intellectual property or copyright
  • Anything prohibited by Instagram’s and Meta’s policies

6. Orders and payments

  • Customer payments in your store go through your own payment gateway; Instayar does not hold your sales revenue.
  • Gateway fees, shipping costs and dedicated SMS costs (if you use them) are separate from your Instayar subscription.
  • Disputes between seller and customer about quality, delivery or refunds are settled directly between them; Instayar may help with the technical records it has.
  • Subscription pricing and service costs are shown on the pricing page, and changes are announced before they apply.

7. Booking rules

  • Set up your services, schedule and capacity correctly and honour confirmed bookings; if you cancel, tell the customer in time.
  • For bookings, Instayar may charge your customer a fixed “booking fee”. It is shown to the customer clearly before they pay and is not taken from the seller’s money.
  • The money for your services moves directly between you and your customer and never passes through Instayar’s account.
  • A booking may require the customer’s phone number to be verified by an SMS code. You control this in your settings.
  • Refunds of the booking fee — where the booking isn’t honoured or a payment is recorded late — are reviewed by support.
  • Booking may be rolled out gradually and need our approval before you can turn it on.

8. Customer data and confidentiality

  • Use customer information (such as phone numbers and addresses) only to fulfil orders or bookings and for related support.
  • Sending promotions to customers without their consent breaks SMS and Instagram rules and is not allowed.
  • Instayar keeps your store data confidential. More detail is on the privacy page.

9. Availability and changes

  • We work to keep the service available, but internet outages, filtering, and failures at Instagram, payment gateways or other third parties are outside our control.
  • Maintenance and updates are scheduled for low-traffic hours where possible.
  • You can close your store or booking at any time and export your product and order data.
  • If a subscription isn’t renewed, the store is deactivated temporarily and, after a retention period, its data may be deleted.

10. Changes to these terms

  • Instayar may update these terms and will announce important changes on the site or in the panel.
  • Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

What happens if the rules are broken?

Action is usually stepwise, but serious violations can go straight to suspension.

  1. 1A warning or notice in your panel
  2. 2Removal of the offending product or content
  3. 3Restrictions on store or booking features
  4. 4Temporary suspension of the store or account
  5. 5Permanent ban of the account and store
  6. 6Reporting to legal authorities where necessary
